Happiness Report Card for 2023 gives you data and information for a happy life. This year we focus on the difference in happiness levels for those who say money makes them happy and those who say family makes them happy. Happiness Report Card is based on the Happiness Alliance's Happiness Index, a scientifically valid survey anyone can take and get their own assessment of their happiness.

2011
Our first Happiness Report Card, with data we gathered using our Happiness Index in 2011. We issued our Happiness Report Card for the Seattle City Council, who used it for budgeting decisions in a time when the city was facing budget cuts. They decided not to close neighborhood community centers, with the data-driven understanding we provided about the importance of community to happiness and well-being.
