Volunteering with the Happiness Initiative is a great way to get involved in your community, gain some experience in a growing movement and work with wonderful people on a fun, challenging and rewarding project. The Happiness Initiative’s volunteers are tomorrow’s leaders working to create a more equitable and just world for all. We rely on highly qualified and dedicated volunteers.
Volunteer Positions available:
Data Entry. We need help with simple data entry right away! This is crucial work and we would love help immediately. Email happy@happcounts.org with the days and times you are available.
Event Coordinator. Help up plan and implement a fun and fantastic fundraising and awareness raising event. This is a high intensity short term opportunity with potential for lots of exposure in the Seattle community. Email laura@happycounts.org
Fundraising and Development Researcher. The Happiness Initiative is at a leveraging point. Whether you are looking to gain experience or looking for a project that will benefit from your experience, we can use your help. We are in full fundraising mode and would love support and help. Homeless and Foodbank Outreach coordinator. Help us work for social equity by taking the Happiness Initiative survey to local food banks in the Seattle area. We have good relationships with partners, and need someone to coordinate outreach events where we survey individuals experiencing homelessness and low income people. Email laura@happycounts.org
Youth program coordinator. Work with on a first class team to implement Social Moguls, the Happiness Initiative Youth program. This position is perfect for a dedicated, qualified and driven individual who wants to make large scale difference in our society. Email sekai@happycounts.org
