Company Survey

The Happiness Initiative provides a unique survey instrument to gauge the well-being of your employees. This unique survey tool, developed by the San Francisco State University Personality and Well-being Lab, is the only of its kind in the nation.  It measures well-being in three key areas: satisfaction with life, affect (emotions) and the conditions of life.    It also provides employees a powerful process for taking action in their own lives to become healthier, happier and more productive.  It gives companies first time view of what well-being really means for employees, and a way to collect meaningful data related to productivity.

This metric can be used to understand the correlations between work-life, time balance, material well-being, health and other conditions and how employees feel.  The survey can be used as measurement evidence of outcomes from a program or policy.  Companies have valuable data for measuring social, environmental and economic performance. They can also use the survey to form and shape company culture.

All survey data is confidential. Employees feel confident their personal information is protected from internal or external scrutiny. Companies feel confident data about their employee well-being will not be make public.

Our expert staff will provide support in this effort, saving you hours of time as well as avoiding mistakes so everything goes smoothly.
